The Work

2359 Media was tasked for a full revamp in 2015 as MeClub positioned itself to be MeClub 2.0 - a more comprehensive lifestyle loyalty programme to serve its wide members. MeClub is an award-winning loyalty reward programme in Mediacorp, which owns and operates multiple media properties including TV and Radio broadcasting, interactive media and print media.

The Challenge

MeClub serves and engages over 600,000 members with various rewards and programs, as well as provides them with complimentary and exclusive benefits and deals.

As a fast-growing loyalty programme, MeClub previous platform was having trouble catering to the fast-growing user base as well as rolling out new and innovative features to better reward and engage them.

The Process

In 2015, 2359 Media's MeClub team, led by our VP of User Engagement, Lew Yin How, took on the huge task of revamping the entire MeClub system and applications. What resulted is the re-launch of MeClub in early 2016, which deepens audience engagement and engages loyal members more.

A whole new aspect

A brand new feature that we worked with Mediacorp develop was MeClub Feast - an exclusive dining privileges that offers 1-for-1 dining deals for restaurants and eateries islandwide.

The Results

MeClub has successfully positioned itself as a full lifestyle loyalty programme, with exclusive and wide-ranging member Benefits and Perks as well as Feast, 1-for-1 dining offers.

In term of impact, MeClub 2.0 has significantly increased the active user base and propelled MeClub forward on its goal of becoming the best loyalty programme in Singapore.
