Description

We have an opening for an Account Manager in our Singapore office. We are looking for a member who is capable of overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. They are equipped to answer client technical queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. The individual should be resourceful and self-reliant. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required for the job. The ideal Account Manager should also be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience.

About you

You are a driven and self-motivated individual with business acumen and a problem-solving attitude. You are also reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the project managers, developers and designers to ideate, propose the app idea to clients
  • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Be able to understand end-to-end delivery of technical solutions
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
What You Need
  • At least 3-4 years experience in account management or project management in the tech industry
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent sales results.
  • Passion for innovative technology
  • Fundamental understanding of how apps work on a technical level (mobile apps, web programming, database systems and APIs)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Intuitive understanding of what drives app adoption and why people use apps
  • Suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand.
  • Strong analytical and organization skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
