With a team of 1,800 dedicated employees and modern fleet of more than 70 tugs, PSA Marine has a presence in Bangladesh, China (including Hong Kong and Taiwan), India, Oman, Peru and Southeast Asia today. We worked with PSA Marine to create myDigitalPA, a mobile application that provides harbour pilots quick and easy access to important maritime news and updates on-the-go, and an immediate channel to report operational-related matters while out at sea.
Emails have been one of the traditional channels that corporations utilised to communicate and disseminate information. PSA Marine explores a more effective communication mode with their harbour pilots as they are constantly on-the-go. As such, they embarked on a journey with us to develop myDigitalPA mobile application, where their harbour pilots are able to enjoy quick and easy access to important maritime news and updates. With a few taps on the preset buttons on myDigitalPA application, the harbour pilots also have an immediate channel to report operational-related matters out at sea. The application has a custom-built CMS for administrators to create and manage users, zones, content and experience.
The colour palette chosen was recommended by the harbour pilots themselves. The range of blues paired with a clean white optimize user experience and make navigating the application easy with its simple and organized composition.
With MyDigitalPA, harbour pilots can now get the latest pilotage news and updates with ease through an accessible platform.
