2359 partnered with SingTel to provide a highly professional frontend and backend engineering team, with particular attention to iOS and Android applications and a collective mission to enhance performance and upgrade visuals of the app—including a set of innovative features to provide an even greater and vibrant user experience.
SingTel was experimenting with a new proprietary technology framework that had yet to be proven with native application development. Our brilliant development team worked closely with SingTel to overcome incompatible parts of the framework required by the application that resulted in a gorgeous 2359 quality product while ensuring that there were no delays to the product launch.
Singtel's brand colours are recognisable all over Singapore. We leveraged on their visual identity to craft a colour palette that would not only allow instant recognition of which telco this app belongs to, but also to have a very brandcentric user experience.
Each page was built with a very specific purpose in mind. The dashboard immediately displays the account's balance, expiry date with an option to top-up instantly. We've built the user flow of the product to make it simple top-up the pre-paid SIM card, view plans, or even claim rewards,
After the new version of the app was launched, the app usage had seen incredible growth. People were loving the seamless user experience that the app provided, quick access to information on SingTel Prepaid accounts, buying of data plans, as well as the promotions and rewards that came along with the app.
